Building on the basic recommendations for optimizing the impact of technology in cultural communication, further strategies are essential to utilize the potential of these tools entirely. One key aspect is the integration of intercultural training programs into digital platforms. These programs should focus on cultural awareness and developing skills to navigate and contribute to multicultural environments. Training can reduce misunderstandings and prejudices and promote more meaningful and respectful interactions.

The importance of curating culturally diverse and accurate content on digital platforms cannot be overemphasized. Platforms must actively promote content representing a broad range of cultural perspectives, going beyond the dominant narrative. This diversity of content ensures a more holistic understanding of different cultures, challenging stereotypes and broadening users' cultural horizons. In terms of personal experience, I often share and record my interactions as an international student on digital social platforms with students from different cultural backgrounds at Northern Arizona University, such as celebrating Thanksgiving and participating in traditional festivals in Japan and India. Sharing Northern Arizona University's cultural experiences through digital platforms enhances global understanding and connections. It promotes empathy, personal growth, and artistic preservation. Participating in and sharing diverse cultural events creates a digital archive for educational purposes that fosters a sense of global community and appreciation of cultural diversity.

Advanced information technology, especially games, plays a pivotal role in cultural communication and dissemination. Games, transcending the passive nature of previous media, actively engage users in a world of make-believe, fostering collective fantasies and cultural awareness. They represent potent cultural artifacts, structuring behavior and reflecting societal coordination and imaginary significance. The internet amplifies this impact, allowing games to persist on a massive scale, involving millions globally. Moreover, in Castronova’s research, he found that the shift from emergent to designed games introduces conscious manipulation of player behavior, underscoring the influence of game designers in shaping cultural narratives (Castronova, 2014). This trend is further augmented by the maker revolution, democratizing game creation and potentially leading to unpredictable, culture-defining phenomena. "Opus: Echo of Starsong" exemplifies this, being a narrative-driven game that immerses players in a culturally rich and imaginative universe, thereby demonstrating how games can be a medium for cultural expression and exchange.

In addition, collaboration between technological and cultural experts is crucial. Collaborations between technology companies, cultural institutions, and educational institutions can facilitate the development of more sophisticated and culturally sensitive digital tools. These collaborations can create virtual communication programs, interactive cultural simulations, and other tools that provide immersive and authentic cultural experiences. Increasing access to technology in underserved communities is critical to address the digital divide. Funding programs can provide schools and community centers in these areas with the resources necessary to ensure that the benefits of digital cultural exchange are equitably distributed.
